Ofcom today annouced that they were awarding 3TFM Community Radio Ayrshire’s only full time Community Radio Station another 5 year licence. Our current licence expires in April 2013 and this now means that we can legally broadcast till April 2018. To say that the Management and Directors of the station are over moon about Ofcom’s decision is an understatement. Louis Ferguson Station Manager and Volunteer said ” This is fantastic news Santa has brought us an early Christmas Present” We can now make major plans for the radio station taking us to 2018 and beyond. 3TFM Community Radio would like to thank their growing band of  listeners for their support over the past five years,and hope you will continue to enjoy the stations output.

Please tune into Maritza Duncan and her Be Inspired Show every Tuesday on 3TFM Community Radio between 1.00pm and 3.00pm on 103.1FM. This Tuesday she will be chatting to Jai McDowall, Maritza met him at the Cash for Kids Lunch. Jai of course won Britains Got Talent in 2011,and has since then gone on to bigger and better things. There will also be a report on the Cash For Kids Lunch and much much more on Tuesdays Show.  So remember to tune in on 103.1FM and join Maritza on her show.

3TFM Community Radio would like to apologise to listeners that use our internet feed to listen to us. We have a temporary hardware problem and we are not broadcasting online at present.

Our Engineers are working on the problem,and we hope to have it resolved as soon as possible.
